PROJECT FINANCE
As it’s known, the asseverations referred to art. 183 of Decree 50/2016 may be carried out as well as by banks, by trust and auditing companies registered to the MISE’s register, and not by auditing companies registered to the MEF.
Guaranteeing the maximum privacy, promptness and certain and competitive prices, we provide project finance services (art 138 Decree 50/2016), collaborating with a Trust and Auditing company registered to the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE).
We provide not only the mere formal control of the economic / financial sustainability of the project to be confirmed, but we also try to provide a value added in order to improve, if necessary, the business plan’s aspects which are more critical.
